The artist may ask for missing information or clarifications before starting work.

You will be informed of the scheduled start date based on current workload.

Any changes to your request should be confirmed before work begins.

Sketch(es) will be delivered based on the references and details provided.

Please review the sketch and approve it before the artist continues with the final work.

Once approved, work will proceed to completion, and refunds will no longer be available.

Work will continue once full payment is received via the agreed method (PayPal F&F or Arty).

The final artwork will be delivered as a PNG file.

Minor adjustments (e.g., color corrections) will be made once.

Major modifications or additional requests may incur an extra fee.

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission at their discretion.

The client will receive the commissioned artwork in full resolution and without watermarks.

The client must provide complete and accurate references for the character(s) being commissioned.

The client must credit the artist when posting or sharing the artwork (@sapsxtence).

Payment for commissions must be made in full upfront.

The price listed is for one (1) character. Additional characters incur extra charges.

The listed prices are for non-commercial personal use only. Commercial use or merchandise requires a minimum surcharge of 100%.

Commissioned artworks may not be resold or used for merchandise unless explicitly authorized by the artist.

Alteration of commissioned artworks in any form is prohibited.

Commissioned artworks may not be used to train AI models, generate AI images, or be minted as NFTs.

The client may post the artwork on personal accounts for non-commercial use, provided that the artist is credited

The artist may share completed commissions publicly unless the client requests otherwise.

The client may not claim the commissioned artwork as their own creation.

Commercial use or sale of the artwork without explicit permission from the artist is prohibited.

For Paypal payments for services are processed exclusively through PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) due to regional limitations on other payment methods in Ukraine. Refunds are not available once the client has approved the sketch phase. Payments are final, and any refund requests prior to sketch approval are at the artist's discretion

For Arty payments, all transactions are final and non-refundable by default.

By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and fully accepts these terms.
