We will ask if there are any changes to your request and if necessary, we will have another detailed meeting.

We will send the sketch / sketches according to the references provided and the detailed information provided.

We will continue further work on the sketch as soon as we confirm your payment.

We will give you a PNG file.

We will respond only once for simple adjustments such as color changes.

Large modifications will incur an additional fee.

We reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

You'll get the full size and unwatermarked commission.

You will provide detailed references of the character who's gonna be commissioned.

Payment is upfront for commission value.

Price listed is for 1(one) character. There would be additional charge for every additional character.

Prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice.

The listed price are for non-commercial personal use only. If you wish to make commercial use or merchandise, you will be charged at least 100% extra.

I can only accept payment through Paypal.

The work takes 30 days. I held it for a long time to prevent it from twisting with other work periods.

It's 30 days, but if the work is finished quickly, we'll deliver it as soon as possible.

Commissioned artworks CANNOT be resold or made into merch (unless stated otherwise).

No alteration of commissioned artworks in any way is allowed.

My art will NOT be used to feed to AI generated images/AI engines or mint them as NFTs.

DO NOT claim art as your own creation or sell for commercial use WITHOUT my permission.

Payments for services are processed exclusively through PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) due to regional limitations on other payment methods in Ukraine. Refunds are generally available at almost every stage of the service, prior to the final delivery of the work.

Before work begins: Full refunds are available upon request.

During work in progress: Partial or full refunds, depending on the stage of completion and the amount of work already delivered, or, based on discussion, with a tendency toward a full refund due to PayPal F&F.

After delivery: Refunds can be considered if the delivered work does not match the agreed specifications, but may be subject to negotiation.

By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and that PayPal F&F is the only supported payment method.
